PAK GERMAN ACADEMY – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By enrolling in a course at Pak German Academy, the student agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Course Registration & Payment
1. Registration is considered complete only after full payment of the course fee.
2. Course fees must be paid in advance and before the commencement of the course.
Refund Policy
1. No refund will be given under any circumstances after the course has commenced.
2. If a student withdraws before the course begins, a 75% refund of the total course fee will be provided.
3. Refund requests must be made in writing and submitted prior to the course start date.
4. Any refund request received on or after the course start date will be automatically rejected.
Attendance & Re-Registration
1. Regular attendance is the responsibility of the student.
2. If a student does not attend the course after it has started and only appears after the course has ended, they will be required to:
Re-register for a new session, and
Pay the full course fee again.
Course Delivery
1. Courses are delivered online or on-site, as communicated during registration.
2. Pak German Academy reserves the right to reschedule classes or change the instructor in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Conduct & Compliance
1. Students are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during all classes.
2. Any form of misconduct or disruption may result in dismissal from the course without refund.
Amendments
1. Pak German Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
2. All changes will be communicated to enrolled students in a timely manner.
Certificate Issuance
A course completion certificate will only be issued to participants who have attended at least 75% of the total course duration. Meeting this minimum attendance requirement is mandatory for receiving the certificate, regardless of performance or participation in other aspects of the course.
